Purpose of Vision 2030
The purpose of Vision 2030 is to network the global church to operate as a body and have a corporate vision for 2030 and be prepared spiritually, technologically and strategically. The strategy for Vision 2030 is the campaign called Nations Prayer Altar Cover Campaign (NAPACCA) – Proverbs 29:18.
Organizations like the United Nations, World Economic Forum (WEF), individual countries, satanic agencies and corporations have corporate visions for 2030 for the globe. All are working to fulfill one vision: the work which the adversary did not complete in Genesis 11:1–4, creating a centralized global system by 2030.
What is our corporate vision as the Body of Christ by 2030 for the globe? The agenda for the dragon starting by 2030 is to set up a new global architecture or a system in which the beast will fully operate. What is the church doing together as a Body in preparing nations for the return of the King of Kings, as the dragon prepares all nations of the world to worship the beast?
Biblical Precedent: The Jerusalem Council (Acts 15)
What Vision 2030 is focusing on has occurred multiple times both in the Bible and throughout Christian history. The church, acting as a body, sat together to draft a common vision, settle disputes, and align on doctrine. In approximately 50 AD, a major crisis arose regarding whether Gentile converts needed to follow the Law of Moses. The leaders concluded that salvation is by grace through faith alone, drafting a unified apostolic declaration sent to all churches—relaxing legalistic burdens while emphasizing unity and holiness.
Historical Church Councils & Movements
Throughout history, particularly when the Church encountered systemic crises, bishops, reformers, and leaders gathered to define a unified, global vision.
First Council of Nicaea
Emperor Constantine convened over 300 bishops to Nicaea to tackle the Arian controversy. The council drafted the Nicene Creed to articulate a common vision of Christ's divinity, which continues to unify Christian orthodoxy today.
Council of Chalcedon
Gathered to define the doctrine of the "hypostatic union"—clarifying that Christ is one person with two distinct, unconfused natures (truly human and truly divine).

Yuval Noah Harari, historian and prominent speaker at the World Economic Forum, articulates the explicit philosophy of world technocracy: keep populations pacified through automated dopamine and games, while digital surveillance monitors human biological markers 24/7. In his words, humans are transitioning into "hackable animals," where elites may possess the algorithmic leverage to re-engineer life itself. When stories no longer need to be true to command global obedience, deception becomes systemic infrastructure.
The window of 2020–2030 represents the essential hour for the body of Christ to celebrate the final feasts—trumpets, atonement, and tabernacles—preparing nations for spiritual awakening before Revelation 13:16–17 manifests in full economic lockdown.
Background & The Adullam Revelation
During the lockdowns of 2020, our fellowship never stopped. Living together with over 30 ministers and intercessors at the Adullam Prayer Center, located 45 kilometers north of Kampala along the Gayaza–Zirobwe road, we spent non-stop hours in the presence of God. It was during that season that the Holy Spirit birthed the revelation of Vision 2030.
Like Daniel and the Apostle John, the instruction came to read, examine, and chronicle the tectonic movements shaping humanity. A powerful global coalition under the banner of the World Economic Forum and associated agencies has already engineered what society should look like by 2030. Their reset changes housing, nutrition, movement, property ownership, and speech. Centralized monopolies intend to retain total control while individual sovereignty is erased. The critical question remains: is the church of the living God prepared?

What if the greatest peril to humanity isn't military conflict or disease, but absolute convenience? Automation promised ease and leisure; instead, it is displacing the human laborer. Autonomous machines do not sleep, request wages, or claim constitutional protections. From logistics hubs to autonomous vehicles, human labor is being engineered out of the modern economy.

When the vital aspect of meaningful human vocation is severed, human worth is reduced to consumption. Technology leaders openly discuss brain-computer interfaces (Neuralink) and synthetic life forms. AI represents the digital replication of omniscience and omnipresence—a technological mimicry of God designed to create an all-seeing infrastructure reminiscent of the Tower of Babel (Genesis 11).
Visions, Training & The Call to Action
Following our missionary training in December 2025, the Lord granted a profound night vision. A company of men was sent into the wilderness hunting a dangerous animal. When one fired a single bullet, the beast was only enraged, overpowering everyone because they lacked both unity and the caliber of ammunition required.
The Interpretation
We cannot overcome what we do not understand. Isolated believers firing solitary shots cannot neutralize a coordinated global beast system. Just as soldiers undergo rigorous tactical discipline, the church must train kingdom professionals—economists, scientists, agriculturalists, software engineers, and statesmen—who will design alternative, godly institutions just as Joseph prepared Egypt for famine.
On December 22, 2025, a second vision revealed the celestial court of judgment. The primary indictment was the submission to the mark and philosophy of the beast. We must refuse worldly entanglements (2 Timothy 2:4) and form active squads from community cell-altars to global networks.
The Triumph of Christ
Satan cannot create; he can only counterfeit, pollute, and weaponize. By pursuing artificial immortality and biometric surveillance, fallen man echoes the rebellion of Nimrod at the Tower of Babel. But Revelation 11:15 decrees the unshakeable truth: "The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever."
