Rebuilding the Ancient Ruins
Welcome to the European Prayer Altar Cover Campaign (EUROPACCA) – a strategic prayer movement under the Nations Prayer Altar Cover Campaign (NAPACCA) Vision 2030 to redig the wells of revival in Europe.
Europe, the cradle of the apostolic mantle and the seat of global judgment, is being called back to her original purpose. Just as ancient ruins are rebuilt, God is raising intercessors to rekindle a new fire of prayer that will rekindle a new fire of revival and reformation, and the wells of revival will be redragged.

From colonial expansions to the starting points of major world wars (especially through Germany), Europe’s influence has shaped the modern world. Now is the time for Europe to realign with God’s redemptive destiny.

Europe's Unique Calling & Role
Europe carries the apostolic mantle and functions as judges among the nations. This is evident in the location of major global institutions such as NATO and the International Court of Justice on European soil:
The Prophetic Pattern of History
Historical patterns point to this mantle: Why did Germany play a central role in starting major world wars? Why were colonial powers predominantly European nations? These events reflect the destiny of the continent of Europe and the need for realignment with God’s original plan.
The colonisation and world wars by Europe were a sign of what Europe is and how God designed her to be and do. A destiny is either fulfilled or manipulated. If you do not allow God to use you, the devil will use you. Colonisation and exile are God's ways of judgment.
Europe's Apostolic Role
Europe has historically shaped the world through faith, exploration, justice systems, and global institutions. The apostolic fire that once spread from Europe to the ends of the earth must be rekindled.
As “judges,” Europe carries responsibility for righteous governance and international order – seen today in NATO and the International Court. Europe is rising up again not to colonise or to start another world war, but to declare God's judgment upon nations (Isaiah 26:9–10). God is calling Europe to return to her first love and become a restorer once again.
