National Mandate

What is UGAPACCA?

A national prayer campaign to help the 15 subregions that make up Uganda discover their divine identity, purpose, and mission in order to manifest the national destiny.

Uganda and Africa carry a spiritual mandate for nations as midwives, while America carries a political mandate (Revelation 5:10). These two are called to work together to cause a worldwide revival between 2030 and 2050.

"As you are studying what we have done in Uganda, let it give you a picture of what you are supposed to do in your nation. The fire starts with me to ignite nations."

Through systematic prayer altars and equipping "The 12" in every tribe, Uganda is transitioning from a mission-receiving land to an apostolic sending nation.

National Awareness: Launch and raise awareness of who we are and what we are supposed to do as Uganda.

Missionary Trainings: Helping the 15 subregions understand their identity and what each people group is supposed to do (Luke 11:1–2; Acts 1:1).

Raising Altars: Establishing altars from personal to national levels to increase the volume of prayer in the nation (1 Kings 18:30–42).

Global Sending: Sending missionaries to different spheres and nations (1 Kings 18:30–42; Matthew 28:19).

What UGAPACCA Stands to Accomplish

The six strategic pillars anchoring the transformation of Uganda into an end-time missionary base:

Objective 01

Raise the End-Time Army

Recruit 12 from every tribe of Uganda to build a national army aligned with our identity and destiny (Genesis 49:1–28; Numbers 1:4; 1 Corinthians 12:12–26).

Objective 02

Make Uganda an Unceasing Altar

Raise intercession teams across all 15 sub-regions actively praying for Uganda, Israel, the USA, and other nations (Isaiah 56:7, 19:19–25).

Objective 03

A Missionary Nation

Transform Uganda into a missionary-sending nation to help other nations birth their redemptive purposes (Genesis 30:40–42; Isaiah 18:1–3; 49:1–9).

Objective 04

Awaken the Church to the 7 Mountains

Mobilize the Church to take over or influence across all spheres of societal life (Isaiah 2:2–3; Genesis 1:28; Revelation 5:12).

Objective 05

Prepare for the Great Outpouring

Prepare the body of Christ for a worldwide revival where Kingdom prayers are ignited on the altars (Daniel 10:12; Acts 1:8).

Objective 06

Uganda — The Wales of the 21st Century

As revival fire started in Wales and spread worldwide, so will fire start in Uganda and spread to the entire globe. Uganda and Africa carry the ingredient of travailing and prevailing prayer.

Why Now? The Global Context

Major world events are reshaping history. The question is: what is the Church doing? NAPACCA addresses these critical moments head-on.

After WWI — The League of Nations

Post-war world unity built on human wisdom failed, leading to WWII and then the United Nations — each driven by human agendas without the altar of God.

COVID-19 & The World Reset

COVID-19 served as a global accelerator with societal results targeted for 2030, aligning with the rise of centralized systems (Revelation 13:11–15).

Rising as Joseph & Daniel

When the world is in crisis, God expects His people to provide divine solutions — as Joseph did after famine (Genesis 41:26) and Daniel under Babylon (Daniel 2:28).

The 7 Mountains Have Shifted

All spheres of society have experienced permanent disruption. The Church must lead spiritually and physically in the societal transformation ahead.

God's Times and Seasons

Every season carries a mandate and blessing. The season of 2020–2030 demands commitment and representation (Luke 19:44; Daniel 9:2–3).

God Is Working — What of the Church?

The adversary operates through institutions and philosophies. The Church must act in synchronized unity with what God is birthing across nations (John 5:19; Matthew 6:10).
